Learn how to apply the Grief Recovery Method to intangible losses such as those involving losses of trust, power, and safety.  We'll outline the structure needed to graph and process losses to complex situations like those involving your health, career, racism, faith, etc.

Healing is an ongoing process. It takes intentionality to regularly practice the techiques your learned in group.  You don't have to do it alone.
