1. Overview of Services

Soul Repair 360 provides non-clinical grief-informed education, leadership development, wellness workshops, support groups, somatic practices, and related products. We are not a mental health clinic. Our services are educational, restorative, and developmental.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and not engage in harassment, hate speech, bullying, impersonation, spam, malicious activity, or attempts to disrupt services.

4. Account Creation & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain inaccurate information, or engage in misconduct. No refunds will be given in cases of misconduct.

5. Withdrawal, Cancellation & Program Policies

Grief Recovery Groups and Workshops

Participant-Initiated Withdrawal:

Once registration is complete, there will be no refunds for no-shows or withdrawals before the session or group is completed. If a participant never begins (a no-show), they may gift their slot to another eligible individual if the person can start before applicable deadlines. Likewise, with a corporate contract, the organization can replace the slot with another eligible participant within contractual guidelines. Alternatively, an individual can participate in a future session within 12 months, with the approval of Soul Repair 360. Participants cannot restart in a future session more than once. 

Soul Repair 360-Initiated Cancellations: If we must cancel or reschedule, you may receive a full refund or a credit.

6. Financial Transactions

You agree to provide accurate billing information. Payments are processed via secure third-party providers. Failed payments may pause program access.

7. Return & Refund Policy (Products)

Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days, be unused, unopened, and in original condition. Defective or incorrect items qualify for full replacement or refund.

8. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All materials, including frameworks, worksheets, videos, and curriculum, belong exclusively to Soul Repair 360. You may not reproduce, adapt, sell, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Website Accuracy & Liability

Soul Repair 360 is not liable for downtime, errors, interruptions, or decisions made based on website content. Use the site at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer

We do not provide therapy, diagnosis, or clinical services. If in crisis, contact emergency services or a licensed mental health professional.

11. Privacy

We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on data collection.
